Step One:
Save the file to a location of your choice
Step Two:
Open the file from where you saved it and on the pop up window click "Run"
Step Three:
Regular Installation
OR
This is an installation if you plan to use TeamViewer more than once
Select "Basic installation" and "Personal" then you can click "Accept - finish"
One Time Use Installation
This is an installation if you plan to use TeamViewer only once
Select "Run only" and "Personal" then you can click "Accept - finish", please continue to step five
Step Four:
Allow 2-3 minutes for installation, once completed the window will automatically close
Step Five:
Once installation is completed you may see a pop-up window, you can close that
Step Six:
On the next screen you can see "Your ID" and "Password", please give these numbers to the rep and wait for the program to connect
Step Seven:
Once the remote connection is complete you may see another window open, you may close that
